Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Item must be in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used skincare or opened beauty products
• Sale or clearance items (final sale)

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages:
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found:

• Please check with neighbors and your local carrier first
• Then contact us so we can help file a claim

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
